Cessna 337 Engine Build-Up and Test Run

The guys recently completed the overhaul, build-up, and test run of the front engine for the LAMP Cessna 337. The plan is to install the engine on the airframe next week and to then begin the overhaul of the 337's rear engine. Once all the engine work is completed and the inspection and reapair of the airframe is done, the 337 will be returned to missionary service in Canada.

That was very interesting! :)
I have been there, but never actually saw the test in action!
One question.... have you ever had a time, when pieces went flying everywhere? :(

To the best of my knowledge, over the past 35 years, we've never built an engine that came apart during operation.

Glad to hear that! God is so good, and the guys are very proficient and diligent in their work. May the Lord continue to bless MMS and keep everyone safe.
